Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in civil engineering and construction works. The successful candidate will support cost management, contractual administration, and commercial performance across infrastructure projects in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and monitor project cost estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, assess claims, and provide commercial recommendations.
Conduct quantity measurements and prepare progress payment claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Support contract negotiations and manage contractual documentation and administration.
Monitor project expenditure, identify cost variances, and implement effective cost-control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on contractual, financial, and commercial matters.
