As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced search consultant to drive our Mission Critical & Industrial Infrastructure practice across APAC. This is an opportunity for a high-performing recruitment professional who wants to focus on what they do best (clients, candidates and placements), backed by a platform that removes the distractions.

The Opportunity

You will run the Mission Critical & Industrial Infrastructure desk with full autonomy, covering data centres, pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities, food and chemical plants, and other mission-critical and high-tech buildings across design, construction, commissioning and operations. This is a hands-on, billing-focused role for someone who thrives on client relationships and search delivery, without the responsibility of managing a team.

What You Will Do

Run the Mission Critical & Industrial Infrastructure desk across APAC, managing your own client portfolio and pipeline

Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners at developers, owner-operators, EPC and design firms, MEP contractors and critical equipment suppliers

Win and deliver retained and exclusive executive search mandates, from brief to offer

Headhunt and engage senior, often passive, candidates with discretion and credibility

Drive consistent revenue and placements from your desk

Collaborate with other Stemgenic desks on shared clients and cross-sector opportunities

What We Are Looking For

8+ years in executive search or senior-level recruitment, including at least 3 years within Mission Critical, Data Centres, Construction, Engineering & Infrastructure or Industrial sectors, with a strong and consistent billing track record

An established network of client relationships and commercial contacts across the sector, with the ability to develop business from day one

Strong understanding of the project lifecycle (design, build, commission and operate) and its specialist talent markets in the APAC region

Demonstrated success in winning and delivering senior-level recruitment or executive search assignments

Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to engage senior executives and decision-makers

A self-driven, commercial approach and comfort working with full autonomy
