As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who brings both creativity and commercial thinking to the table. Someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership and turning good ideas into real results.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead marketing execution across two education brands, bringing our 2027 marketing strategy to life.

You will have the opportunity to shape campaigns, develop our brand presence, work with a passionate team and make a measurable impact on business growth.

This is not a role where you simply manage agencies and review reports. We want someone who enjoys being in the action, experimenting with ideas and making things happen.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Make Campaigns Happen

• Plan and execute creative, effective marketing campaigns that attract parents, generate enquiries and drive student enrolments.

2. Grow Our Digital Presence

• Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and organic content to improve visibility, lead quality and conversions.

3. Build Stronger Parent Connections

• Develop referral campaigns, engagement initiatives and re-enrolment activities that strengthen relationships with our BlueTree families.

4. Bring Ideas to Life

• Work closely with our teachers, centre teams and creative partners to develop engaging content, promotions and brand experiences.

5. Lead and Grow Together

• Guide our Marketing Executive, collaborate with external agencies and freelancers, and build a positive, productive marketing team.

6. Know Your Numbers

• Track campaign performance, marketing budgets, leads, trials and enrolments. Use insights to make smarter decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For

We would love to meet someone who:

• Has a proven track record in marketing, particularly in generating leads, sales or enrolments.
• Is confident with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4 and content marketing.
• Understands Singapore parents and ideally has experience in education, enrichment or consumer marketing.
• Is both creative and analytical — someone who loves a great campaign idea but also cares about the results.
• Enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and getting things done.
• Has experience guiding junior team members and managing external partners.
• Brings positive energy, a collaborative spirit and a good sense of humour.
• Is curious about AI and new ways to make marketing more effective.
• Experience in multi-brand, multi-branch or referral marketing would be a bonus.
