Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve on-site construction issues.
• Ensure adherence to construction standards, codes, and best practices.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of construction tasks.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align site operations with project goals.
• Track and report on construction progress, addressing delays or challenges proactively. Ensure the availability of resources and materials for uninterrupted construction work.

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural construction / data center projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
