We are looking for a Restaurant Managerto lead all aspects ofourbusiness. You willdeliver a high-quality menu and motivateour staff provide excellent customer service.

Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining therestauranrevenue, profitability and quality goals.You will ensureefficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production,productivity,quality, and customer-service standards.To be successful in this role, you'll needmanagement skills and experierin both front and back of the house. We want youto know how to oversthe dining room,check-in with customers and balanceseating capacity.Back of the house management experience isalso essential,as you'll hirqualified Cooks and Wait Staff, set workschedules, oversee foodprep almake sure we comply with healthandsafety restaurant regulations.We'll expect you to lead by example and up lift our staffduringbusymoments inour fast-paced environment. Ultimately,you will ensurourrestaurant runssmoothly and customers havepleasantdining experiences

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Restaurant.Manager,RestaurantGeneral Manager, HospitalityManager or simirole.

Proven customer service experienceas a manager.

Able to work during weekends andpublic holiday if require.

Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability torememberand recall ingredients and dishes to

inform customersawait staff

Familiarity with restaurant management software, likeOpen Table and Peach Works

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills• Acute financial management skills.
