岗位职责
Direct project execution from planning through completion and handover.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project safety, quality, schedule and cost targets.
Develop project delivery strategies, construction methodologies and resource plans.
Track project performance and resolve issues affecting milestones and contractual obligations.
Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, contract administration and commercial matters.
Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety policies and environmental standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors and senior management.
Provide regular reports on project status, costs, quality, safety and risks.
Oversee commissioning, handover, defect management and project closeout.
Assist with tenders, business development and pre-construction planning when required.
