Ready to step into a leadership role? Take ownership of our front desk — coach the team, manage the busy periods, and make sure each patient visit goes to plan. Fixed day hours and a supportive group behind you.
Work schedule:
5-day work week on a rotating shift, including at least one weekend day. Two rest days every week. Day shifts 8:30am to 6:15pm. No night shifts. Clinics closed on public holidays.
What you'll do
Run the front desk day-to-day and resolve operational issues independently
Coach and develop the team; uphold service standards
Manage difficult situations and service recovery
Audit appointments, recalls and records; suggest improvements
Carry out the administrative work behind daily clinic operations
What we're looking for
Solid front-desk experience plus team supervision or training experience
Able to perform all core front-desk duties well: patient booking, payments, insurance claims and correspondence
Calm and organised; comfortable owning settlement and daily operations
A local diploma or equivalent (required)
Rotating roster including one weekend day
