Responsibilities:
Prepare full set of Accounting for several subsidiaries in the Group’s Entities.

To perform account duties including data entry and report

Work with team to ensure the daily operations are in compliance with the requirements as stipulated by the regulatory bodies, such as SFC and HKEx;

Handle daily/monthly FRR and ensure strict compliance in meeting the liquid capital requirements and client money rules on a daily basis;

Maintain cash flows, handle funding and other related treasury function;

Liaise with auditors and tax authorities on audit and tax issues;

To perform ad hoc duties as requested.

Requirements:
Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;

Experience in securities or futures settlement field is an advantage

Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Excellent PC skills including MS Word & Excel

Solid Knowledge of handling FRR reporting and SFC preparation is a must;

Enthusiastic, detail-minded, mature with positive attitude and a good team player;

Immediate available is highly preferable.
