Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities from initiation to completion.
Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with design drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve site-driven changes.
Prepare estimates, manage procurement, and monitor project expenses.
Implement workplace safety programs in line with MOM and OSHA standards.
Conduct inspections, enforce standards, and manage corrective actions.
Provide engineering solutions for technical challenges like shoring, sequencing, or concrete logistics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum of 3 years in engineering role
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
