Job Responsibilities:

· Greet all guests arriving at the hotel and assist them with a warm and professional welcome.

· Arrange transportation for guests promptly and efficiently as required.

· Serve as a Hotel Ambassador by being fully knowledgeable and able to explain or inform guests about room facilities, hotel facilities, in-house entertainment, and services.

· Provide Local Expertise by maintaining comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge on all places of interest in Kuala Lumpur, key shopping areas, and offering first-hand, positive recommendations to guests.

· Promote Hotel Services and facilities as appropriate to enhance the guest experience.

· Operate limousine services as required by hotel guests, always ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Limousine Fleet Operations and Maintenance

· Manage Vehicle Availability to ensure an appropriate fleet of limousine vehicles is available to suit the needs and demand of limousine services.

· Ensure Peak Performance by conducting constant, thorough inspections of all vehicles to maintain performance, safety, and cleanliness.

· Key Management is paramount; ensure that all limousine keys are well-managed and accounted for.

· Monitor and Validate Documentation by being fully knowledgeable on all procedures for insurance policy and road tax.

· Maintain Compliance by proactively monitoring and ensuring all limousine cars have valid road tax and insurance policy at all times, with important dates accurately recorded and tracked for the entire fleet.

· The required provide security personnel with a report documenting all vehicle movement data, including the time in, time out, and associated meter readings for recording purposes.

Professional Conduct and Administration

· Maintain Professionalism by being in proper attire and observing impeccable behaviour at all times.

· Demonstrate Reliability as responsibility and punctuality are top priorities for all shifts and guest appointments.

· Perform any additional duties and responsibilities when requested by the management.

· Performing different duty timing as required e.g.: split shifts as and when necessity arises.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
