• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the bakery or food ingredients industry.
• Knowledge of bakery ingredients, including enzymes, fats and oils, emulsifiers, shortening and flavourings.
• Develop and improve bakery product formulations and product development processes.
• Conduct product research and testing using enzymes, shortening, vegetable fats and oils, emulsifiers and flavourings.
• Carry out laboratory-scale product development and application testing for fats, filling creams and filling sheets.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers to source suitable ingredients for product development.
• Visit customer sites and production facilities to provide technical support, troubleshoot product issues and propose product solutions.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
