D Aurelius Group runs a professional sales team for brands such as StarHub business, Syfe and other reputable brands. The team grows through people, and finding the right people is this role. You will be the first real conversation a candidate has with us. 

What you will do:
- Review applications and speak with candidates for our sales team
- Look past the CV: assess how a person thinks, listens, and responds to feedback
- Judge fit against a clear standard: who suits the team now, who could with coaching, who will not
- Build and maintain a pipeline, stages, notes, and follow-ups for candidates
- Review your recommendations with the founder and refine your eye over time
