Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth service flow

• Manage the outlet’s budget, including revenue, labour costs, and profitability

• Lead, motivate, and manage the bar team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service

• Ensure drink quality, consistency, and adherence to standards

• Oversee inventory management, including stock counts, ordering, stock levels, wastage, and cost control

• Coordinate with the operations team on promotions and drive effective upselling

• Handle guest feedback promptly and provide efficient, courteous service

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, hygiene, and operational standards

Requirement:

• Strong leadership with a hands-on attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to stay composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency

• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and industry trends
