岗位职责

  • Education: Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Generally 2 to 5 years of hands-on M&E site supervision experience within the building and construction industry (experience with main contractors or HDB projects is often preferred).
  • Technical Skills:Ability to read and interpret M&E engineering drawings and blueprints.Knowledge of local
    Singapore construction standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.Familiarity with systems such as ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), plumbing, sanitary, and electrical services.
