GUILD.SG is a boutique B2B agency specialising in Singapore's construction, engineering and industrial sectors. We're expanding our services to help businesses harness AI to improve productivity, automate processes and work smarter.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a smart, enterprising AI power user and builder who wants to turn their skills into real-world business solutions.

This is an entry-level role, but we expect you to already be exceptionally good at using AI. You should be comfortable with tools like Claude Code, Cursor or similar platforms, and have experience building useful applications, automations or workflows.

You don't need a computer science degree, years of professional experience or a traditional software engineering background. What matters is what you can actually build.

You'll work closely with the founder, gaining hands-on experience in AI consulting, client management, solution development and the commercial side of running a business.

What You'll Do

• Solve business problems: Work with clients to understand their operations, identify inefficiencies and find opportunities to apply AI.

• Build practical solutions: Use AI-assisted coding and other tools to create applications, automations, AI agents and workflows that solve real business problems.

• Deliver client projects: Take solutions from initial concept to implementation, working directly with clients throughout the process.

• Explore new technologies: Stay ahead of developments in AI and experiment with new tools, techniques and business applications.

• Support business growth: Help develop proposals, scope projects and demonstrate AI solutions to prospective clients.

Who We're Looking For

• Already very good at AI. You actively use Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools and have built impressive things with them. Show us what you've created.

• Strong business sense. You understand how businesses work, think commercially and can identify practical opportunities to create value.

• Smart and resourceful. You're a natural problem-solver who can figure things out independently.

• Entrepreneurial and proactive. You enjoy building things, experimenting and taking ownership.

• Good communicator. You can explain ideas clearly and confidently to business clients.

• No specific degree or professional experience required. Fresh graduates and self-taught builders are welcome.
