About the role
Lap Kei Engineering Company Ltd is seeking a Project Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis . This role is based in Fo Tan, Sha Tin District . As a Project Clerk, you will play a vital administrative and organisational role within our projects team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. This position is essential to supporting project managers and site teams, and your meticulous attention to detail will directly contribute to the successful delivery of our engineering projects.
Key responsibilities :
Assist the Site Foreman in preparing material requisitions and purchase orders.
Track material orders, delivery schedules, and outstanding items.
Coordinate on-site material deliveries with suppliers and the site team.
Receive and check materials against delivery notes; maintain material records and documentation.
Assist the Site Foreman and Senior in daily sub-contractor management (attendance, progress tracking, and coordination).
Handle general project documentation, filing, and record keeping.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and support basic administrative tasks for the site team.
Assist in coordinating site activities and following up on instructions as required.
Requirements :
Secondary education or above.
Experience Target: 1–2 years in construction or E&M projects preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Comfortable working on a construction site and coordinating with site teams.
