We are seeking an experienced Sommelier to support wine service, curate and manage wine programs, and represent our brand across restaurants, bars, and partner venues. This role is ideal for someone with strong wine knowledge, excellent customer service skills, a passion for wine, and the ability to contribute to business development and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Curate and manage an exceptional wine list, aligned with brand identity.

· Lead wine service for VIP guests, private dining, and special occasions.

· Train and mentor junior staff and service crew in wine knowledge and etiquette.

· Build strong relationships with partner venues (restaurants, bars, hotels, private clubs), manage their expectations, and develop new accounts.

· Plan and execute wine tastings, pairing dinners, brand events, and trade activations.

· Oversee supplier relationships, stock management, and purchasing.

· Act as brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and tastings.

· Drive wine sales through thoughtful pairings, upselling, and engagement.

Requirements:

· WSET Level 2 and above, CMS Certified, or equivalent advanced certification preferred.

· 2–3+ years of experience as a sommelier in fine dining, hotels, or wine retail.

· Proven track record in leadership, account management, and wine program development.

· Excellent presentation, guest engagement, and communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills with ability to handle events and partnerships.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
