Job title: : FACILITIES TECHNICIAN
Summary/Objective
Focused on providing maintenance, repair, and installation of basic Facility needs.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
- Performs scheduled Preventative Maintenance.
- Assists with scheduled Filter Changes.
- Assists with maintaining all Compressed Air, Access Control, Security, Emergency Response, Public Address, Building Management, and Fire Control Systems.
- Performs repairs as needed and where capable on all Facility Related items.
- Participates routinely on all waste collection and recyclable collection tasks.
- Maintain facilities to enable associates to support overall Customer Service needs by focusing on building safety and cleanliness.
- Must be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Vocational or Technical Education is desired.
Training required
- On the job training as appropriate.
