We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and drive delivery across a portfolio of initiatives impacting Temenos Transact (T24) within a complex banking technology environment.

This role is ideal for someone who can connect the dots across Business, IT, Operations, and Technology teams — providing end-to-end visibility, anticipating risks, and ensuring delivery commitments stay on track.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing a consolidated portfolio of projects and initiatives impacting Temenos Transact.
• Maintaining the master roadmap, delivery milestones, release plans, and cross-stream dependencies.
• Driving project governance, RAID management, and consolidated management reporting.
• Challenging delivery plans, identifying bottlenecks, and driving mitigation and recovery actions.
• Coordinating testing, deployment, production readiness, and post-go-live follow-up.
• Acting as the central coordination point across Business, IT, Operations, Architecture, Testing, and Release Management.
• Providing senior management with a clear view of delivery progress, risks, decisions, and capacity constraints.

What I’m looking for:

• Proven experience managing complex banking IT projects or project portfolios.
• Strong expertise in project governance, integrated planning, RAID, and dependency management.
• Experience in banking technology, ideally within Wealth Management or Private Banking.
• Good understanding of core banking platforms, system integrations, testing, releases, and production processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior management.

Nice to have: Hands-on exposure to Temenos Transact / T24.
