岗位职责

  • Develop, maintain and track integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, resources and deliverables.
  • Coordinate daily project activities across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, plant operations, engineering and third-party vendors.
  • Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions and actions through a structured RAID management process.
  • Monitor project delivery progress, identify schedule or scope deviations, and drive timely corrective actions and escalations.
  • Manage technical dependencies across Plant IT/OT, Process Control Systems (PCS), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), network, server, cloud, security and application workstreams.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, decision papers and project recovery plans.
  • Coordinate cutover activities, transition readiness and operational handover.
