Job Summary

Lead production teams in a high-tech manufacturing environment to achieve output, quality, and productivity targets while ensuring safety compliance and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production output, quality, productivity, and yield targets
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings to communicate updates and escalate production line issues promptly
• Plan and manage manpower, overtime, and consumables to optimise production efficiency
• Enforce adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Deliver training and coaching to leaders and operators to enhance team performance and skills
• Implement improvement initiatives to reduce human errors and enhance process reliability
• Maintain discipline and housekeeping standards on the production line to support operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities within the fabrication area

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Production, or IT
• Experience in a high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts

Other Information

• Location: Tampines
• Working Days and Hours: 12-hour shift (4-3-3-4), permanent night shift, 8 pm to 8:15 am
• Compensation: Basic salary up to $5,500, Night Shift Allowance: $30
• Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), Quarterly Bonus, 14 Days Annual Leave, Company Transport
