Key Responsibilities

Prepare Quality Beverages: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Fore Coffee's recipes, quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service.
Maintain Product Quality: Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently and meet the company's quality standards.
Maintain Store Cleanliness: Keep the counter, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and hygienic throughout each shift.
Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, inventory checks, and other operational tasks.
Handle Transactions: Process customer payments accurately and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system when required.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with fellow baristas and store leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow Food Safety Standards: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating procedures.
Contribute to Store Performance: Support sales initiatives, promotional activities, and customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain Professional Standards: Follow grooming guidelines, demonstrate a positive attitude, and maintain punctual attendance.

Requirements

No previous barista experience required; training will be provided.
A positive attitude and a genuine interest in coffee and customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Available to work full-time in Singapore.
Must meet Singapore's applicable employment eligibility requirements.
