Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software and network issues
• Document technical issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner
• A sound understanding of computer systems and networks
• Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics added advantage.
• Able to use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut or other content creation tools added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT Studies, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
