Hours:
Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6pm | Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities

Lead lighting projects from contract award to handover.

Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, procurement, and quality.

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Handle variations, progress claims, final accounts, and project reporting.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

4–6 years’ project management experience in lighting, M&E, or building/fit-out projects, including team leadership.

Strong contract, cost control, and communication skills.

AutoCAD, DIALux, lighting controls, or project management certification is an advantage.
