Job Description:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, as well as user accounts and access permissions through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Handle IT setup for new employees, including user accounts, email accounts, hardware, and software as well as employee offboarding, access revocation, data preservation and IT asset collection.
• Monitor and maintain IT assets, software licenses, Client Access Licenses (CALs) and subscriptions to ensure proper usage and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams on software license requirements and subscription renewals.
• Manage company domains, DNS records, domain registrations and SSL/TLS certificates.
• Perform system updates, security patching, configuration changes, system monitoring, and routine maintenance for servers and end-user devices.
• Monitor system security, manage access controls, review system logs as well as ensure data backups and disaster recovery procedures are maintained.
• Troubleshoot system and access-related issues to minimise downtime as well as ensure smooth IT operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, IT assets, access permissions and software compliance records.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, user access management and basic networking (DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP).
• Familiarity with IT asset management, software licensing, system backups and IT security practices.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to maintain accurate records as well as documentation.
• Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA Server+ or ITIL, will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
