Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Automation & Factory Automation Solutions
• Position Title: Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,250 + Incentive + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Attend product and application training to develop technical knowledge of industrial solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Conduct customer visits to provide technical consultation and support across various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote products and solutions to manufacturing and industrial clients.
• Support product demonstrations, seminars, and industry events.
• Develop account strategies and contribute to territory growth plans.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Manage daily sales activities independently and achieve assigned business targets.
• Support new product launches and market development initiatives.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks.

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Interest in technical products and manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn through structured training.
• Comfortable with frequent customer visits and travelling (around 60%).
• Valid Class 3 Driving License is preferred.
