Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Tango Leader with strong expertise in Retail, Cloud, Big Data, and large-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate must have proven experience leading enterprise data initiatives within the Retail/E-Commerce industry and handling Billion to Trillion-scale datasets, transactions, or data points.

MUST-HAVE Requirements

1. Retail / E-Commerce Industry Experience – Mandatory

• Must have significant experience delivering data solutions specifically for the Retail or E-Commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and data domains.

1. Billion/Trillion-Scale Data Experience – Mandatory

• Proven experience handling Billion/Trillion-scale datasets, records, or transactions.
• Experience with high-volume, high-velocity, distributed data processing.

1. Cloud & Big Data

• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Strong Data Architecture / Data Engineering background.
• Experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, Streaming, and Real-Time Analytics.

1. Technology

• Strong experience with one or more of: Spark, Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse, Hadoop, or equivalent technologies.

1. Leadership

• Proven experience leading large and complex data transformation programs.
• Ability to manage senior technical teams and collaborate with business and executive stakeholders.
