Temporary headcount required to support year-end rate loading activities, reservation processing, and booking administration during the peak period.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservation enquiries and booking requests from guests and travel agents via phone and email.
Process, update, and confirm reservations accurately in the reservation system.
Support year-end rate loading and ensure rates, packages, and inventory are updated correctly.
Assist with booking amendments, cancellations, and related administrative tasks.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth reservation operations and guest satisfaction.
Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by Management.
Gazetted as Singapore’s 71st National Monument, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore was once home to the General Post Office, The Singapore Club and the Chamber of Commerce. The 400-room luxury hotel is dynamically located in the heart of the financial and arts districts, and carefully designed to provide both business and leisure travellers with a sanctuary of serenity and comfort in which to retreat and rejuvenate.
