Job Summary

Supervise shifts and team members to ensure excellent food quality, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operating standards in a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to maintain operational efficiency

Deploy team members based on business volume and operational needs to optimize productivity

Maintain high standards of guest service by ensuring order accuracy and timely service delivery

Ensure food preparation, holding, portioning, and presentation meet quality and safety standards

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety throughout shifts to comply with regulations

Support opening and closing procedures by completing shift checklists accurately

Coach team members by providing on-the-job guidance and constructive feedback to improve performance

Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure smooth integration into the team

Monitor stock levels, product availability, and wastage to support inventory control

Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate significant issues to management promptly

Complete shift records, reports, and operational checks to maintain accurate documentation

Support front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow

Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and Singapore laws and regulations consistently
