Job Title: Software Tester / QA Tester Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software applications. The candidate will identify bugs, perform testing, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual testing of software applications. - Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios. - Identify, document, and report bugs or defects. - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing. - Verify bug fixes and ensure software quality. - Collaborate with developers and business teams. - Maintain test documentation and testing reports. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience in software testing or Quality Assurance (QA). - Knowledge of SDLC and STLC. - Understanding of test cases, defect tracking, and bug reporting. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Selenium, or Postman is an advantage. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in software testing. Job Type: Full-time
