The Role
Delivering client-facing people projects that drive genuine change, you will:
- Lead project workstreams and ensure delivery aligns with agreed client objectives
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for key client stakeholders
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance team culture
- Shape and implement people strategies that support organisational transformation
- Contribute to business development activity and the preparation of proposals
- Uphold engagement quality standards and manage project financials
Purpose-driven and commercially minded, you'll bring:
- A degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years' relevant experience, including leading teams or workstreams in a consulting capacity
- A strong background in HR consulting, change management, or workforce strategy
- Experience in client-facing roles from a Big 4, global consultancy, or in-house transformation environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, Prosci, or SHRM would be an advantage
