Job Summary

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) assists customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to company products and services through phone, live chat, and email, while maintaining expert knowledge of offerings.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email to provide accurate information about products and services

Identify customer issues and apply problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to support informed customer interactions

Document customer interactions and resolutions clearly to ensure accurate records and follow-up actions
