All-rounder Marketing Manager | up to 7.5k base

This role offers the opportunity to shape brand visibility, support commercial growth across Asia, and work closely with business leaders in a highly technical, B2B environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement across key markets.
• Develop campaigns that generate demand and support commercial objectives.
• Work alongside sales and product teams to translate technical solutions into impactful marketing messages.
• Elevate the company's digital footprint through content, social media, website optimization, and online campaigns.
• Drive participation in industry events, customer seminars, and trade exhibitions.
• Use market insights and customer intelligence to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution and ROI.

What We're Looking For

• Marketing professional with experience in B2B industries.
• Background in manufacturing, automation, engineering, industrial equipment, technology, or related sectors would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Comfortable engaging technical stakeholders and translating complex concepts into customer-focused messaging.
• Self-driven, hands-on, and able to manage multiple projects in a regional environment.
