About Us
Carlitos – Casa de Comidas is a neighbourhood restaurant under Mission Group, a Singapore-based hospitality group with a portfolio of restaurant and bar concepts. Inspired by the casas de comidas of Spain, simple, welcoming eateries where people gather over good, honest food, we aim to make every guest feel at home from the moment they walk in.
We are looking for friendly, energetic people to join our service team on a permanent part-time basis. No prior experience is needed if you have the right attitude. We provide full training.
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests warmly, and make sure they have a great dining experience
Take orders accurately and share menu recommendations with guests
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Check in on guests throughout their meal and attend to their requests
Clear and reset tables, and keep the dining area clean and tidy
Handle payments and operate the POS system
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the dining area
Work closely with teammates and the kitchen so service runs smoothly
Follow food hygiene, safety and grooming standards at all times
Requirements
Friendly, positive and enjoys interacting with people
A team player who takes initiative and is willing to learn
Prior F&B service experience is an advantage but not required
Able to commit to a minimum of [X] shifts or [X] hours per week
Able to work weekends and public holidays, as is usual in the F&B industry
Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage. We can support you in getting one.
