Operations Coordinator

We are a logistics and transport company seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily office administration and shipment operations.

Location: Jurong
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
Salary: $2,200-$2,500 per month, negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments by sea, air, and land.
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
• Track shipments and assist with delays, damaged cargo, and missing goods.
• Verify supplier invoices, issue customer invoices, and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.

Requirements

• Legally authorised to work in Singapore.
• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, SPM, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in English for emails and documentation.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• One to three years of shipping or freight experience is preferred.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
