An opportunity has arisen for a talented, energetic and experienced IB Individuals and Societies and International Studies educator to join our dynamic team in January 2027.

IB Individuals and Societies and International Studies Teacher

Job Duties

work as High School Subject Teacher as part of highly dedicated, successful and professional team creating learning opportunities for students

assist in planning and implementing the relevant Curricula for Carmel School's Elsa High School and raise standards of student attainment and achievement within the whole curriculum area and to monitor and support student progress

ensure the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students studying in the learning area, in accordance with the aims of the school and the curricular policies
Requirements

An undergraduate degree and a recognized teacher certification, i.e. Bachelor’s degree in Education; or Postgraduate Diploma in Education or equivalent

At least 2 years teaching experience in IB MYP and/or IB DP

Experience in Media Literacy would be an advantage
