Role: Solutions Architect

Location: Singapore

Travel frequently to KR (hybrid)

AI-Native Insurance Solutions Architect (KR)

Must-have

10+ years in software engineering and architecture, with 5+ years in insurance technology (P&C, life, or health).

• Deep knowledge of insurance core processes and platforms, including the product and policy lifecycle, claims lifecycle, underwriting, billing, and reinsurance touchpoints
• Hands-on experience with core insurance systems, either packaged (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, Majesco, EIS) or custom-built Korean core platforms
• Strong hands-on coding ability in Java, Python, or TypeScript, and the ability to build real integrations and prototypes today
• Solid grounding in APIs and integration patterns, cloud architecture, data platforms, and security
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools in your own work, with concrete examples of how they've changed your output and speed
• Practical experience applying AI (document AI, LLMs, ML models, automation) to real business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including presenting to C-level audiences

Strongly preferred

Experience with Korean insurers or insurance SIs

Knowledge of Korean insurance regulation, IFRS 17 data impacts, and the Korean healthcare and indemnity claims ecosystem, including claims digitization

Experience with document-heavy processes such as medical records, accident reports, and OCR/IDP pipelines

Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows for claims or underwriting decisions

Awareness of AI governance, explain ability, and fairness requirements in insurance decisioning
