Job Description

• Handle telephone calls and stakeholder enquiries
• Process invoices for CCA budgets
• Prepare and monitor CCA instructors’ timesheets
• Assist with data entry for mid-year budget review
• Support student collections for enrichment programmes and iPad purchases

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A-Level qualification
• At least 3 years’ administrative experience in a secondary school
• Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
