Job Summary
Manage comprehensive accounting and HR administrative tasks to support the Finance Team, ensuring accurate financial transactions, reporting, and vendor relations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording vendor invoices to ensure accurate financial records
Resolve accounts payable and accounts receivable issues by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth financial operations
Process monthly employee reimbursement expense claims accurately and timely
Prepare monthly purchase and inventory reports to support financial tracking and decision-making
Maintain and update the fixed asset schedule to ensure accurate asset records
Provide administrative support to the Finance Team by performing assigned tasks and duties as needed
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to complete accounting and administrative tasks
Required competencies and certifications
Certificate or Diploma in accounting or minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Knowledge of ACCA principles and accounting systems
Skills in financial reporting, data entry, taxation, and administrative support

Monthly Salary Range (SGD): $3,000 - 3,500
