岗位职责
Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance with all construction documents and specifications
Plan, organize, and coordinate building projects from start to finish
Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to all project specifications and schedules
Monitor project progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes
Resolve problems when they arise, ensuring work is done in compliance with approved plans
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders
Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, local and state regulations are met
