We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR Specialist to lead iQIYI’s global public relations initiatives across international markets. This role requires a strong storyteller with deep expertise in media engagement, artist relations, and event strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at both headquarters and regional levels to enhance brand visibility, shape public perception, and deliver high-impact PR and event campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee iQIYI's global PR operations across overseas markets. Develop and implement tailored PR strategies for each key international market to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning. Work closely with the Headquarters Public Relations team and regional marketing teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influential media outlets and organizations across the region, ensuring regular engagement through announcements and campaigns.
• Assist in the strategic planning and execution of iQIYI’s Starship PR and event campaigns. Coordinate cross-departmental resources including budget, manpower, and logistics to develop impactful media releases and successfully organize media and artist-facing events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in public relations, communications, journalism, media, or related agency work. Experience in event promotion and talent coordination is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the OTT, media, or entertainment industry. Hands-on experience in publicity, artist management, or talent relations is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to pitch and secure media coverage across traditional media, digital platforms, and social channels; experience working with social media editors and influencers is advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency or bilingual fluency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders across regional markets.
