Allseas is looking for a proactive Travel Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role is essential for supporting the global movement of employees and contractors across international project locations, ensuring seamless travel arrangements and compliance with travel requirements.

Your role

• Arrange flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and travel itineraries;
• Coordinate travel arrangements for office and project personnel;
• Advise travelers on documentation and travel requirements;
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and internal stakeholders;
• Monitor travel advisories and regulatory changes affecting international travel;
• Maintain accurate travel records and support efficient travel operations.
  
  

What we expect from you

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field;
• Experience in corporate travel, travel agency operations, crew logistics, or travel coordination;
• Experience with booking systems (e.g., Amadeus) is an advantage;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
