Key responsibilities:

• Own the web shop as the single point of accountability for catalogue, pricing, promotions, content accuracy and day-to-day performance.
• Monitor site health daily and coordinate fixes with the web/IT vendor; plan and run seasonal campaigns and promotions; track weekly KPIs and report to management with actions.
• Process all incoming orders from web, email, phone and WhatsApp from acknowledgement to fulfilment, invoicing and delivery confirmation; respond to enquiries and convert through upselling and cross-selling; coordinate with warehouse and couriers; handle returns, exchanges and complaints; maintain records in Shopify and sales CRM.
• Maintain current product data and pricing; list new products with Product Management and run monthly catalogue audits.
• Own and grow two assigned B2B verticals via structured outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), qualify needs, prepare quotations/tenders, manage pipeline and onboard won accounts onto the web shop.

Must have / Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, e-commerce operations, sales support or B2B account management, with at least one year handling a sales target.
• Hands-on experience running an online store or marketplace seller centre (Shopify preferred; Shopee, Lazada or WooCommerce acceptable), including product listing, pricing and order fulfilment.
• Experience with outbound prospecting by phone, email and LinkedIn; able to write clear quotations and close deals.
• Organised and numerate; able to reconcile stock, maintain a clean CRM and produce weekly KPI reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or related field.
• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, based in or willing to relocate to the Klang Valley.

Nice to have:

• Background in sporting goods, sports retail, school or club supply, or fitness equipment.
• Experience selling to institutions or responding to tenders and quotation requests.
• Familiarity with barcoding and inventory systems, and with Meta or Google ads for e-commerce.

Personal qualities:

• Takes ownership of the web shop and fixes problems proactively.
• Persistent and self-directed on outreach; comfortable with a quota.
• Collaborative and clear communicator across teams.
