Experience with SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors, particularly HR data management.

Understanding of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management processes.

Experience creating and executing test scripts for system changes and identifying system issues.

Background in HR, Payroll, IT, or HR-related service functions.

Familiarity with HR and payroll policies and procedures.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills will be an advantage.

Strong data security, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days working from home per week.

Manage SAP HR and SuccessFactors data for global HR operations.

Provide second-line support for HR queries related to Personnel Administration.

Maintain and update employee and Personnel Administration data in SAP HR.

Review HR data requests and ensure data completeness and accuracy.

Guide HR stakeholders on SAP HR processes, forms, and data fields.

Log, monitor, and follow up on HR Service Center requests and inquiries.

Generate Personnel Administration reports from SAP.

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and service efficiency.
