Job Summary
Join Tribecar as a Technical Assistant to support hardware deployment and system integration for our car-sharing service. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with telematics equipment installation and vehicle system maintenance.
Responsibilities
Install, remove, and troubleshoot telematics equipment in vehicles to ensure proper functionality
Conduct stock taking to maintain accurate inventory levels of hardware components
Assemble basic system parts and hardware components for deployment
Coordinate with clients to schedule installation appointments efficiently
Monitor and oversee system health to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Class 2B or 3 driving license to operate vehicles safely
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate basic computer operation skills to support technical tasks
Familiarity with vehicles accessories
Show familiarity with web technologies to assist in system integration
Understand vehicle accessories to facilitate installation and troubleshooting
Open to individuals with no experience in this field
Tribecar is an on-demand, car-sharing service. Members of our service can use their smartphone to gain access to Tribecar's cars that are parked at over 1300 convenient locations in Singapore. Our car sharing service is accessible to these members 24 x 7, with no minimum booking length.
Tribecar is a 100% "Made-in-Singapore" service. We design, build and maintain every element of the service ourselves. We are proud of what we have accomplished and would love to have you on-board with us!
