Role Description

• The Factory Site Supervisor cum Marketing role is an on-site position based in Batu Kawan. This role combines human resources responsibilities with daily site supervision, ensuring that HR policies are implemented effectively while site operations run smoothly.
• Day-to-day tasks include supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and handling employee relations matters.
• The role also involves supervising site activities, monitoring attendance, enforcing safety and workplace rules, and acting as a point of contact between management and staff.
• The Factory Site Supervisor cum Marketing will collaborate with various departments to resolve issues, support staff welfare, and maintain a well-organized and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Have foundation in Human Resources (HR), with the ability to support core HR processes.
• Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management, including handling staff concerns and supporting reviews or appraisals.
• Knowledge of production procedures, and the ability to apply them consistently at the site level.
• Relevant experience in site supervision or operations coordination, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work on-site in Batu Kawan and maintain a professional, inclusive, and non-discriminatory approach.
• Diploma in Human Resources and Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Mandarin speaker is preferable due to communication needed between our company and China clients.

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
