Role Description The Wealth Management Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, conducting detailed financial assessments, and developing customized strategies across investments, retirement planning, and overall wealth management. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, analyzing financial data, preparing recommendations, monitoring portfolio performance, and adjusting strategies as market conditions or client circumstances change. The advisor will collaborate with internal specialists, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide ongoing education to clients on financial products and market trends. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, participating in client events, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, goal-based client strategies.
- Solid knowledge of Investments and Finance to construct and manage diversified portfolios aligned with risk tolerance and timelines.
- Experience delivering Wealth Management Services, including asset allocation, risk management, and estate or tax-related coordination.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and build long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards; prior experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Singapore and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
