Position: Quality Engineer

Industry: Semiconductor | Machine Vision | Automation

What You'll Be Doing:

Drive quality assurance activities across machine vision and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone), and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and R&D teams to ensure product quality and process improvements.
Monitor quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct inspections, audits, and quality documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
Support customer quality requirements and resolve customer quality concerns.
Ensure products meet stringent semiconductor industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in Quality Engineering within the Semiconductor, Machine Vision, Precision Engineering, Automation, or Electronics Manufacturing industries.
Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
