Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
• Understand customers’ needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Share detailed product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
• Sales:Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Ethan K handbags and accessories.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet personal and store sales targets.
• Product Knowledge:Learn about our luxury products, including materials, craftsmanship, and special features.
• Stay updated on new arrivals and collections.
• Store Presentation:Ensure the store is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
• Arrange and display products according to company standards.
• Inventory Management:Assist with stock checks, replenishments, and inventory control.
• Report damaged or missing items promptly.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Record customer preferences and contact details for future follow-ups.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Luxury retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
