About the role:

The incumbent will support the global operation team and is responsible for performing detailed background checks and verifications to confirm the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of candidate’s information. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years’ working experience is ideal. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply.

• Knowledge in employment screening or background verification is a strong advantage.

• Possession of a university degree is an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Commitment to maintain high ethical and professional standards.

• IT savvy with proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g. MS Office, Google Workplace, Smartsheets, email).

• Conduct employment reference checks via phone and email.

• Perform database screening and searches for verification and background purposes.

• Verify educational credentials by contacting institutions via phone and email.

• Accurately input and manage data collected during background checks.

• Organize, compile, and generate clear and concise reports for clients and candidates.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.

• Execute any additional background check tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
